The SHINE Science Center will be at the forefront of exploring these connections, offering state-of-the-art equipment, comprehensive training, and support for both undergraduate and graduate research assistants. Through various educational programs, the center aims to cultivate the next generation of sleep scientists, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to advance healthcare, patient-outcomes and research.
McCrae, director of the , and a renowned expert in behavioral sleep medicine, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as the center's director. Her dedication to improving sleep health through research and education aligns perfectly with the mission of the SHINE Science Center.
